VisSight AB is a one-person company founded in 2024 by Niklas Fjellman. It is the operational home for three decades of experience in IT, data and AI, and for the projects that come from applying that experience to things worth building.
The company serves as a vehicle for consulting, product development and professional work at the intersection of AI implementation, data governance and digital transformation.
Thirty years in technology taught me that the hardest problems are rarely technical. They are problems of seeing. A data architecture no one understands is not a solution. An AI deployment the organization cannot explain to itself will not survive its first quarter.
The name carries the two things I keep coming back to in every role I have held.
Seeing clearly what is actually going on. Not the PowerPoint version. The real picture, the one that sits underneath the dashboards and status reports. This is where good decisions start.
Making that picture visible to everyone who needs to act on it. A data strategy that lives in one person's head is not a strategy. It is a dependency. The work is not done until others can see it too.
VisSight's biggest asset is also its only employee.

The platform is built on WordPress with BuddyBoss Pro, with a custom plugin handling structured data collection across multiple content types. Privacy-by-default with multiple visibility levels. Community groups, forums and a complete onboarding flow.
